Where to play padel in Australia

Padel venues in Perth, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and the Gold Coast, Adelaide, Canberra and Newcastle, each checked against the venue's own website.

Short answer: In November 2026 I confirmed 39 open padel venues across the cities this guide covers: 14 in Sydney, 11 in Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula, 6 in Perth, 5 across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast, 1 in Adelaide, 1 in Canberra and 1 on the NSW Central Coast. Many more are announced. Each city page below lists only venues I found on the venue's own website or booking page, with real prices where they are published.

Padel venues are opening across Australia faster than most directories can keep up with. Rather than copy a list, I checked each venue on its own website or booking page, and I link to the page I used. I do not rank venues, take payment for listings, or publish phone numbers.

What about Tasmania, the NT and regional areas?

Tasmania's first padel and pickleball venue, The Racquet Collective, opened in Launceston in April 2026 according to Pulse Tasmania, with two indoor courts listed on its Playtomic page. Its owners said there were no courts in Hobart at the time. I did not find a padel venue in Darwin, and Padel Australia's Find a Court page lists none in the Northern Territory. Padel Australia also lists venues in Albury (Sol Padel, Thurgoona) and Coffs Harbour (The Town Padel).

How I check venues

  1. I find venues through Padel Australia's Find a Court page, booking apps and local news.
  2. I open each venue's own website or booking page and record what it says: courts, indoor or outdoor, coaching and prices.
  3. Where sources disagree, I go with the venue's own page and say so.
  4. Venues that are announced but not open go in a separate "coming soon" list with the source.

Prices and hours change. Always check with the venue before you go. If I have missed a venue or something is out of date, please contact me.
